How to Hit Better Low Volleys

Good volleyers use their knees, particularly on low volleys. Exaggerate the importance of getting really low down by having the player actually touch the right knee on the ground for a forehand volley and the left knee on the ground for a backhand volley.

Because the ball is below the net, remember to open the racket face slightly, and reach out more in front.
