DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required for all reservations. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of reservations less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit with the remaining monies refunded to you. If you are outside of the 30 day period, your deposit (and any other monies) will be refunded minus a $50 reservation fee. No refunds for early departures or no shows.

CHECK-IN TIME

CHECK-OUT TIME
10A (You may check out later if the villa is not occupied after your departure. To inquire, please contact the sales office at 843.785.8388, opt. 1).

Pets are NOT permitted in our villas.

Smoking is NOT permitted in our villas.
