When do I check-in?
Check-in time is 4:00pm.

When do I check-out?
Check-out time is 10:00am.

What supplies will be in the villa upon arrival?
Each villa comes with the following toiletries: toilet paper, Kleenex, bath soap, trash liners. Additionally, each kitchen is equipped with stemware, kitchen utensils, pots & pans along with a set of dishes.

Are linens and towels provided?
All beds will be made and a set of towels (2 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash) per person will be left on the beds. The sofa beds in each unit are not equipped with linens. Therefore, if planning to utilize the sofa bed, you will need to bring your bedding (pillows, blanket, sheets) and extra bath towels.

Do we require a security deposit?
We will keep your credit card number on file for security purposes on all reservations. If you do not have a credit card, you will be required to put down a cash security deposit.

Is there a DSL connection?
No DSL Connection. However, there are Internet cafes on the island if you need DSL or wireless services.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are NOT permitted in our properties.

Do I receive complimentary court time with my rental?
Yes, depending on which villa you are staying in, you'll receive one hour free each day at either our Tennis Center or Shipyard location. To book court time for 36 Courtside, dial 800-845-6138, option 2. To book court time for 147 The Greens, dial 800-845-6138, option 3.
