Van Der Meer Tennis Center is pleased to announce it will host the 17th edition of the Head®/Tail® Women’s $10,000 Pro Circuit Tournament June 1-8. The event will showcase some of the rising stars on the USTA Pro Circuit and will bring in players from around the world. Players such as Anna Kournikova, Nicole Vaidisova, Maria Sharapova, and Lindsey Davenport started their careers on the USTA Pro Circuit. Top local juniors such as Vanderbilt signee Alison Riske are also scheduled to compete in the Island’s only Pro event with Qualifying rounds taking place on Sunday, May 31st.
